Kurishbayev Akhylbek Kazhigulovich was born on April 13, 1961 in Almaty, Kazakh.
In 1983 he graduated from the university with honors and was qualified as a scientist in agriculture. Since 1983 he has worked as an agronomist in the Kazakh Scientific Research Institute of Agriculture.
Kurishbayev Akhylbek Kazhigulovich held the following positions:
1992-1997 - Deputy Director of the Kazakh Research Institute of Agriculture;
1997 - 2002 - Director of the Kazakh Research Institute of Agriculture and Grain farming named
after A.I Barayev;
2002 -2005 - Vice-Minister of Agriculture.
2006 -2007 - Director of the Department of Science, Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2007 - 2008 - Vice-Minister of Agriculture.
2008 - 2011 - Minister of Agriculture of the Republic Kazakhstan.
Since October 18, 2011- Chairman of the Board of JSC " S.Seifullin Kazakh Agro Technical University"
Kurishbayev Akhylbek Kazhigulovich is Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor, Academician of the Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences. He has published over 100 scientific papers and 4 monographies.
In 2001 he was awarded A.I Barayev Prize for the best scientific work in the field of agricultural science.
Kurishbayev Akhylbek Kazhigulovich has the honorary title of "Қазақстанның еңбек сіңірген қайраткері" (which means “Honored Worker of Kazakhstan”)
He is married, brings up two children.

Abdyrov Aitzhan Muhamedzhanovich was born on May 14, 1962 in Roshchino, Magzhan Zhumabaev district, Northern Kazakhstan region.
In 1984 he graduated from Tselinograd Agricultural Institute where he specialized in farm mechanization. In 1990 after graduating postgraduate study at Fruit-and-vegetable-growing Institute named after I.V.Michurin (Michurinsk city) he defended dissertation for the degree of Candidate in Technical Sciences 052001 - "Mechanization of Agricultural Production" and 051708 - "Processes and devices of chemical technology" in Tambov Institute of Chemical Machinery. In 1995 he received the academic rank of Assistant Professor in specialty - "Mechanization and Electrification of Agriculture." In 2006 he defended his thesis for doctor’s degree in Education with specialization in "Theory and Methods of Vocational Education" in the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after K.A.Yassavi (Turkestan). In 2008 he received the academic rank - Professor of Pedagogics.
He rose from the ranks as a student to the first vice-rector at the university. He started working as a junior research assistant at the laboratory of Feed production of Tselinograd Agricultural Institute (1984-1987). 1990 – 1992 - an assistant and senior lecturer of the Chair, he headed the Chair of Mechanization of Technological Processes (1999 - 2004), he worked as Dean of Pre-University Training Department (1992 -1993) and Dean of the Department of Agricultural Mechanization (1993 -1998). Since 2004 he has been vice- rector (First Deputy Chairman of the Board).
He has published over 150 scientific works, including five e-books, 10 tutorials, 9 certificates of authorship and patents for inventions, 3 certificates of intellectual property. Four theses have been defended under his leadership.
A. Abdyrov got President Nursultan Nazarbayev’s Gratitude (2005) and was awarded with the badge “Pochetnyi Rabotnik Obrazovanya RK (Honored worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan)” (2006), the letter of commendation of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2007), the medal devoted to the tenth anniversary of Astana (2008), the medal “100-year anniversary of academician A.Barayev” (2008), the letter of commendation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in honor of the 17th anniversary of Kazakhstan Independence (2008), the badge "For the development of science in the Republic Kazakhstan "(2011), the medal devoted to the 20th anniversary of Independence of the Republic Kazakhstan (2011). In 2011 he was awarded with the title "Honored Worker of S.Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical University", the commemorative medal devoted to “100-year anniversary of Professor M.A.Gendelman"(2013).
He is married and brings up two sons and a daughter.

He was born on November 7, 1979 in Almaty.
In 2000 he graduated from the Institute of Economics and Law of the Kazakh State National University n.a. Al-Farabi in “Public and Municipal Administration”.
Since 2000 he has studied at the Euroasian National University n.a. L.Gumilev (till 2002 – MA course, from 2002 to 2004 – a post-graduate course). In 2004 he defended his Cand’s dissertation in “Economics and Management of National Economy (on branches and fields of the activity)” on the subject: “Formation and Development of Innovative Infrastructure in the Republic of Kazakhstan”.
His labour activities started in 1998 as an economist in JSC “Informatics and Computing – Holding”. Since 2005, in the system of Development Institutions he has held different senior positions in JSC “Center of Engineering and Transfer of Technologies”, JSC “National Technological Development Agency”, JSC “KazAgroInnovation” and other organizations. He has risen from the ranks of the Top manager of JSC “Center of Engineering and Transfer of Technologies” to the Chairman of the board of JSC “KazAgroInnovation”.
Since August, 2013 he has been Vice Rector of JSC “S. Seifullin Kazakh Agro Technical University” concerning the organization of forming the Research Agrarian University and International Relations.
He is the author of 11 scientific publications, more than 50 proposals on development of national innovative system for the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He participated in development of a number of Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the state and industry programs and other documents of strategic character.
He is a member of collegiate governing bodies of different organizations with participation of the state in authorized capital and affiliated with them legal entities.
As well he is the member of National Scientific Council on sciences about life, the member of the Highest Scientific and Technical Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2012 - 2013).

In 1989 she entered the Institute of Education in Zhezkazgan and in 1994 she graduated from this institute with honored diploma as a teacher of the Kazakh language and literature.
From 1994 to 1996 she worked as a teacher of Kazakh Pedagogical Institute in Zhezkazgan.
In 1996 she worked as an assistant at the department of the Kazakh language at newly founded university named after O.A.Baikonyrov.
From 1996 to 2000 she was the organizer and the head of the chair and department research work. At the same time she worked in the department of SQM as an expert of scientific and educational work of the University.
In 2002 under the guidance of academician M.S Sergaliev she defended Candidate’s thesis on “Көп компонентті, аралас түсіндірмелі құрмалас сөйлемдер және олардың қолданылуы” (Multicomponent explaining complex sentences and their using).
Since 2007 she has been working at the Kazakh Agro Technical University named after S.Seifullin.
In 2011 under the guidance of Professor Zh.A Zhakupov she defended doctor's degree “Қазақ тілі синтаксисіндегі модальділік мәселесі” (Modality problems in syntax of the Kazakh language).
From November 2011 to February 28, 2012 she worked as Dean of the Humanities Department.

Since November 11, 2016 he was appointed as Vice Chairman of the Board for Financial Affairs and Infrastructure Development. From March 2013 he was the Head of Financial Department of the University. He has degree in Economics with specialization in Finance and Credit. He began his career in banking sector, where he held different positions from leading specialist to director of the branch of regulated banks at different periods. In 1998 he was accepted in the civil service in central administrative office of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 2004 he worked in the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the following positions: Deputy Head of the Department, Head of the Department, Director of the Department of Internal Audit and Control. He was awarded with Certificate of Merit of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Vice Deputy Chairman of the Board for Financial Affairs and Infrastructure Development - Chief Engineer Vitvitskiy Vladimir Vladimirovich
He was born on May 20, 1956 in Stepnoe village of Kellerovsky district of North Kazakhstan region, Polack.
In 1972 he entered the Chaglinskiy Agricultural College (ECG) and finished in 1976. From 1976 to 1978 he served in the Soviet Army. In 1979 he entered the Tselinograd Agricultural Institute.
Vitvitskiy V.V worked as the Head of the Garage at the university since 1979 and as a chief engineer since 1995. He is an honored worker of the university. Since February 28, 2012 he worked as Deputy Chairman of the Board for Infrastructure Development. From October 2016 he has been working as Vice Deputy Chairman of the Board for Financial Affairs and Infrastructure Development - Chief Engineer.
