Students contingent

On the 1-st of October, 2016 the students contingent made  of 10278, including on full-time  - 9671, on half time - 607 students. On the kazakh department- 5435 students, including - 5205 on full-time  and 230 on half time   forms  education. The number of the students  are studying on the state educational grant made 4802 people (46,7%  total  students), including on the kazakh department – 2863 (59,6% of total number of grant). The contingent of foreign students made 123 people.

The analysis of data from 2013 to 2016 shows that the students contingent  of full-time education and half time  forms of education (table 1) increased on average by 6,3%. The number of the students who are studying on the state educational grants increased by 12,3%. The number of the students who are studying on a commercial department in comparison with 2013-2014 academic year decreased by 14,1%

The share students in a state language increased since 2013 on full-time tuition from 53% to 53,8%.

Students contingent

Students  enrollment  in 2016-2017 academic year made of 3287 students. Including on a full-time tuition  – 2904, on a half time  383 students. On the state educational grants 1201  students arrived. Thus, the percent of the students who arrived on educational grants on full-time tuition made 41,4%.

As shown in table 2, the greatest number of the accepted entrants on the basis of the state educational grants is noted in 2014-2015 academic year – 1244 persons.

The qualitative analysis of students enrollment  shows that the percent of the students who entered the university on a grant averages 41,4% from total number of arrived. The smallest quantity of the state educational grants in a percentage ratio falls on 2016 -2017 academic year – 41,4%, and the greatest - for 2014 2015 academic year – 51,6%.

 It should be noted that the number of the students accepted on  the 1 course of full time education in a state language in a percentage ratio increased from 2013 to 2016. For example, in 2014 the number of Kazakh language  department students  made 55,4%, in 2016 made 58,5% from total number students.

The movement of the contingent results from assignment, transfer, restoration students, leaving for repeated year  and providing the academic holiday according to "An order of assignment, the translation, restoration and providing the academic holidays to students  S. Seifullin KATU ".

The number of the deducted students of resident instruction from university for the last academic year in comparison with 2013-2014 academic year increased 2 times. The share of the restored and arrived students in 2015-2016 within the last year makes 218 from total number of the deducted students.
