Scientific internship is necessary for undergraduates for many reasons, however, first of all, the S.Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical Research University organizes scientific internships for undergraduates in order to increase their competitiveness in the labor market. During the internship, the undergraduate has the opportunity to get acquainted with innovative technologies and new methods of organizing production or process, depending on the field of activity of the student.
Thanks to the cooperation of KATRU with leading Kazakhstani and foreign scientific and educational organizations in the field of science and training of agricultural specialists, undergraduates of the ЕP "Field Crop Selection", "Agrotechnology" and "Agrobiotechnology" in the 2023-2024 academic year completed an internship in the relevant areas (by Subject) on the basis of the "U. Uspanov Kazakh Research Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry" LLP and at Tashkent State Agrarian University. Having theoretical knowledge and practical skills, as a result of the internship, undergraduates have improved their tools. For example, during the internship, undergraduates were involved in carrying out current research in scientific laboratories, as well as leading scientists gave lectures on the methodology of selecting adaptive technologies, simultaneously demonstrating their practical application, etc. In addition to organizing internships for undergraduates within the framework of the approved plan and creating comfortable living conditions, the Chairman of the Board of the U. Uspanov Kazakh Research Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry, Ms. R.H. Ramazanova and the First Vice-rector of the Tashkent State Agrarian University, Mr. S.Ya. Islamov, organized visits to Scientific centers and excursions to the sights of Almaty and Tashkent, and congratulated the female undergraduates on the International Women's Day.
Undergraduates are still waiting for the protection of reports at their native university, however, observing the effectiveness of the internship, we assume that they will receive high marks, and the acquired skills will help future masters to increase the attractiveness of their resume, and, accordingly, find a job at successful pre-enterprises
