Dear students, teachers, and university staff!
Congratulations to all of you on May 7 - Defender of the Fatherland Day!
Today's holiday is a holiday that means that our independent country maintains and develops its own defense capability. Let's honor all Kazakhstanis who protect the sovereignty of our country and ensure the strength of our defense system.
From the first years of independence, emphasis was placed on maintaining security: state borders were designated, and its own armed forces were created.
Our people say: “A man is the defense of his country,” and our great ancestor Baurzhan Momyshuly said: “Enter the fire for your Motherland, you will not burn!” He always put the honor of the country above his own well-being.
On today’s holiday, I would like to express my gratitude to the military personnel who work at the military department of our university, devote their lives to military service and flawlessly fulfill their duties, and to our soldiers who defend the world. I wish the army to grow stronger so that all the people can live and feel safe.
May there be many peaceful and happy days under the common sky of prosperous Kazakhstan!
I congratulate all military personnel on this holiday, I wish your families well-being, good health, and great success in strengthening the defense power of our country.

Карьера. 1979 г. — Кайрат Айтуганов начал работать оператором цеха перевозки Кокчетавского почтамта. 1984-1985 гг. — ассистент кафедры почвоведения Целиноградского сельхозинститута. 1987-1989 гг. — агроном, старший агроном, главный экономист совхоза Карабулакский Зерендинского р-йона Кокчетавской обл.
